I feel very strongly that a successful Whitetail Hunting Property is only as good as the value of its Design. A Whitetail Hunting Parcel must function on a Huntablity stand point in connection with the Habitat being improved. Habitat that is improved in the wrong locations, the improper way is more detrimental to your property then not having Habitat Improvements performed at all. 

  I start all my Clients and Properties with a Analysis Package. This Package is a meeting at your location with yourself and or hunting partners family etc. This Analysis can take up to 8 hours per day and/or encompass many days of in depth over view of your property if acreage requires me to do so. As we are going over your goals, plans, past experiences and your hunting attributes I will be Designing your Parcel Taylor Made to fit your life and hunting style.     Unlike most others on the industry I am in direct communication with you through the entire process and will not leave your property without you having a fully edited copy and more importantly a vast understanding of how your design fits your particular Parcel. 

  These qualities that are brought to you during this Package/Visit are formed from years of hands on experiences in the Mature Whitetail Deer Woods. With not only a Career as a Whitetail Habitat Consultant, I am also an Past Heavy Equipment Operator. At the end of this Analysis Package I will be also giving you a General Qoute to Perform the Needed Habitat Construction Improvements if you have the need to have these portions performed.

   These Improvements can be completed in Phases or all at on time depending on the time of the year and each clients individually needs. Not only do you get a Professional Design you also have the choice to have these upgrades completed the exact way I intend the Design to Function and flow making your Parcel a Stand Out, Sout After Mature Whitetail Attraction in your area for generations to come. 

  In 2021, we will only be doing a select few "Complete" property builds as far as doing all the excavation, tree work, Plots, etc. I have contractors in key locations across the country that I will put you in contact with that will perform each project needed per my design. I also stay on as a Consultant with you and the contractors to make sure the project is happening the way we set forth.

 Analysis Package Pricing:

 Starting March 1, 2021 for 2023 client reservations.  

2,850.00 Daily Rate. 

750.00 each Additional Day (Same Trip)

50% Deposit, NR  Required to book. 

Any property over 160 acres may take 2 days to complete the full design and Habitat Plan. This is determined by contour and ease of maneuvering throughout the entire parcel. 

If day 2 is needed, there is an additional 750.00 charge for that day and each day there needed after. 

50%, $1,425.00 non refundable deposit is required to book your date. Paying the deposit you are agreeing to pay the balance for the Analysis Package once you have received your Habitat plan and fully edited design via email and invite from HuntStand. 

I take an Oath with my Clients when I'm able to Design their Dream Whitetail Hunting Property.  That Oath states that at anytime, day or night, successful or fail, I will be there to answer questions to the best of my ability if I'm not able to be next to you at the time of need. No Question is a bad question and no concern can not be concurred when we work together. 

  I learned many years ago, even though we are all Hunters, we all have different styles, Approaches, Scent Control Beliefs, Walking Patterns, Volumes, etc. Knowing these qualities all differ I work very hard to Design and Construct Parcels to fit You directly.  Meaning it's not just a cookie cutting design, one fits all finish line to me. All Whitetail Requirements are used and those Requirments most be fit in locations, size, shape so you can perform your hunting Strategies with ease. If not, you will struggle with any Design or Creation. 

  I stay on as a Consultant with all my Clients long  after the first Design is Completed.  I feel this service is a lost art in this industry that is only offered when paid for and that's not how I operate. I set up future Goals, Timelines, meeting etc with my clients so you are never trapped at a Dead End with No One to turn to. Having one Consultant Design, and another Consultant Answer Questions only causes confusion and that to me says the First Designer/Consultant didnt do his Job. You will not have to ever ask anyone else about a design I complete. If I cant Answer it on the Phone, I will travel to your location and help you resolve the issue. 

  I ask to, and set Bi Yearly Visits to stay on top of changing elements.  At that 2 year Visit, there is a Travel charge Depending on Location, but is only a set Rate of 500.00 to make sure your Parcel is staying ahead of the Game. Money well spent! These meetings will take place when I'm near your location helping another Avid Whitetail Hunter.

I was asked years ago to do Events and or Seminars in Centralized Locations to help a broad amount a folks needing to polish their Habitat Improvement skills and concerns. I am able to do so if any way time permits do to working so closely with nearly 50 plus Clents per year as of January 1, 2020 and Rising each Month. If you have a group or hunt club, and are in need I will be offerings these services to clubs or large camps first then open to taking bookings to speak at Events and Seminars then there after.
